Through HealthBid, AM Bid and Bidding Ltd, we have written more than 10,000 bids and helped secure over £10bn in Public Sector contracts, supporting organisations across healthcare, transport, facilities management, construction, defence and other complex sectors.

Through 365 Response, a transport technology business sold in 2022, we developed direct experience of digital transport platforms and specialist transport services across NHS, local authority, community transport and private sector environments. This background is particularly relevant to our work in commissioned transport services, including patient transport, SEND transport, community transport, courier services and wider public sector transport delivery.

Sarah has held director positions at several NHS Trusts and leading charities, including Mind. She founded 365 Response, where she developed innovative solutions to address longstanding issues in patient transport across the UK; a problem she first identified years earlier as Director of Operations at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Currently, through Virtual Bid Team, she is working to increase SME participation in public sector procurement and to break down traditional barriers that prevent smaller businesses from accessing top-tier technology.

Our Story – From Specialist Sector Businesses to Strategic Consultancy & AI Innovation

Nyon Group Ltd was not created as a technology start-up looking for a problem to solve. It evolved from years of hands-on experience building businesses, delivering bids, developing digital platforms and supporting organisations operating in demanding public and private sector environments.

Our journey has included a number of specialist businesses, each contributing to the expertise that now sits within Nyon Group.

Through HealthBid, AM Bid and Bidding Ltd, we built a reputation as trusted bid writing and tender support specialists. Over the years, we supported organisations across healthcare, transport, facilities management, defence, construction and other regulated sectors — writing more than 10,000 bids and helping secure over £10bn in Public Sector contracts.

Through 365 Response, we gained direct experience in transport technology, digital transport marketplaces and operational transport management. The business supported NHS, local authority, charity and transport provider markets, with solutions spanning patient transport, home-to-school and SEND transport, demand responsive transport, community transport, courier transport, meals-on-wheels logistics and wider transport management.

Following the sale of 365 Response in 2022, that transport knowledge has remained a valuable part of our group experience. It now informs our Transport Services Consultancy work, particularly where commissioners and providers need support with contract review, service improvement, supplier performance, procurement, mobilisation and operational efficiency.

Working across these sectors gave us unique insight into the realities of procurement, service delivery and organisational performance. We saw first-hand where the real bottlenecks existed — fragmented content libraries, repetitive drafting, inefficient processes, weak contract oversight, lost institutional knowledge, complex supplier management and service delivery models under pressure.

We also recognised that many of these challenges were not limited to bid teams. They existed across NHS organisations, healthcare providers, local authorities, transport commissioners, public sector suppliers and operational teams managing complex documentation, contracts, governance and change.

Rather than accepting those inefficiencies as unavoidable, we began building practical solutions to address them.

What started as internal tools to support our own bid writing teams evolved into Virtual Bid Team, a dedicated AI-powered bid writing and bid library management platform. As demand grew, we expanded this technology into Knowledge Vault, providing structured model content and bid capability development, and later into broader AI writing and content management solutions for teams beyond bidding.

The creation of Nyon Group Ltd reflects this wider evolution — bringing together our strategic consultancy expertise, transport and healthcare sector knowledge, bid writing heritage and AI software platforms under one unified identity.
